Return Policy
12.1 Returning Products:
You can return a product during delivery or within 3 days if:
a) The product doesn’t meet your expectations. b) It’s damaged when delivered. c) You have concerns about quality or quantity. d) It arrives in an unhealthy or unexpected state. e) The packaging isn’t up to your satisfaction. f) The product isn’t usable.
For perishable items, such as milk, fruits, and fresh veggies, you have 1 day to return.
We keep an eye on accounts that ask for too many returns or refunds. We take steps to prevent misuse.
12.2 Returning Specific Items:
You can return an unopened or slightly defective item (up to 10%) within 3 days. But these items aren’t eligible for return or replacement:
a) Damaged due to improper use. b) Incidental damage caused by a malfunction. c) Used or installed consumable items. d) Products with messed-up serial/UPC numbers. e) Damage or defects not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. f) Items returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box and anything that came with the product.
Refund Policy
13.1 Our Commitment:
We try our best, but sometimes we might not be able to provide a service. If that happens, we’ll let you know within 48 hours through phone, text, or email. If we owe you a refund, we’ll process it within 7 working days after acknowledging the issue.
13.2 When You Get a Refund:

The refund will go to your Pure365 Balance, which you can use to buy stuff from Pure365. If you prefer, we can transfer the refund to your original payment source within 7 working days. This is only possible for payments made through bKash, cards, or other electronic methods. If you paid with cash, we’ll refund you with Pure365 Credits.
Supply Policy:
14.1 Product Quality:
Pure365 doesn’t make or produce products itself. We aim to ensure quality but can’t guarantee it. We believe the manufacturer/vendor/supplier is responsible for product quality.
14.2 Health and Safety:
If you receive a product that’s harmful to health, life, or safety, we’ll take responsibility and accept its return during delivery. If any issues arise more than 12 hours after delivery, we might consider it a quality concern with the manufacturer or supplier.
14.3 Product Availability:

16.3 No Tampering:
You can’t modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with Pure365 Website/Software/App.

Deleting Your Pure365 Account:
17.1 Closing Your Account:
Customers can delete their Pure365 account anytime by removing it from the website.
17.2 Account Closure Conditions:
To delete your Pure365 account, make sure you have no overdue or pending payments and no ongoing orders.
17.3 Account Suspension:
We can suspend or permanently remove your account if you violate the terms and conditions, applicable laws, or good faith/moral rules.
17.4 Data Retention:
We follow a 30-day retention period for account closure. After this period, you won’t be able to reactivate your old account or access old data.
17.5 Account Deletion Consequences:
When your account is deleted, you won’t be able to log in, perform account-related actions, or access personal and transaction information.
17.6 Data Deletion:
We’ll delete your data, stop collecting it, and comply with applicable laws. Some data might be retained for promotional activities, tax compliance or e-commerce law reasons.
Referral Program
18.1 Who Can Refer:
Referrers/Inviters can be any type of Pure365 user who:
(a) is a legal resident of Bangladesh, (b) is at least 18 years old, (c) has a Pure365 account in good standing.
However, they cannot have more than one account for each Pure365 product or service.
18.2 Receiving Referral Reward:
To receive a Referral Reward for referring someone who orders services through the Pure365 social media handles and/or websites, Referee/Invitee must:
(a) be a new Pure365 website user of that service, (b) meet Pure365’s website usage conditions, (c) complete the actions required by the specific Referral Program (for example, ordering groceries through the Pure365 website or any other applicable action).
18.3 When Referrers Get Rewards:
Referrers/Inviters may receive their Referral Reward at least 7 days after their Referee/Invitee uses their code to sign up with Pure365 and/or activate the referral offer. The Referee/Invitee must also fulfill the requirements for the particular Referral Reward (such as completing orders with a minimum amount).
18.4 Referee/Invitee Discount:
Referees/Invitees may get a discount the first time they use the Pure365 applications and/or websites. The discount amount and form will be specified in their invitation.
18.5 Form of Rewards:
Referral Rewards will be given as Pure365 credits. These credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may expire after a specific time period.
18.6 Program Changes:
Pure365 reserves the right to modify, end, or pause any Referral Program, as well as Referrers/Inviters’ or Referees/Invitees’ participation, for any reason, including suspected fraud or abuse. If the Referral Program ends, unused Referral Rewards may be forfeited after 14 days’ notice.
18.7 Rule Updates:
Pure365 may update these Rules at any time. Updates will be posted on Pure365.xyz, and continued participation after an update means you agree to it.
Promo Code Usage Terms:
19. 1 Promo Code Eligibility:
Promo codes are available to all eligible Pure365 users who meet the following criteria:
(a) Legal residents of Bangladesh, (b) At least 18 years old, (c) Hold a valid and active Pure365 account in good standing.
19.2 Qualifying for Promo Code Benefits:
To avail of the benefits associated with a promo code, users must fulfill the specific conditions outlined in the promotional offer.
19.3 Promo Code Redemption:
Promo codes can be redeemed during the checkout process on the Pure365 app or website.
19.4 Specific Promo Code Terms:
Each promo code will have its own set of terms and conditions, including but not limited to:
(a) Eligible products or services for which the promo code can be applied, (b) Minimum purchase amounts required for the promo code to be valid, (c) Expiry date of the promo code, (d) Specific actions or requirements that must be fulfilled to redeem the promo code.
19.5 Single Use:
Promo codes are generally for single use only and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.
19.6 Non-Transferable:
Promo codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.

Handling Fee

Products prone to damage or needing extra delivery effort will have a Handling Fee.

For products with a Handling Fee, any return or refund will include the whole amount, including the Handling Fee.
